THE NARRATIVE

Solid Ground Storage LLC of Elgin, TX, has engaged in unethical business practices, specifically violating the Texas Property Code Chapter 59.042, by unlawfully stealing and selling $10,000 worth of personal and business property, and 10 years of hard work, from Mrs. A. and Mrs. A's start up business, Mrs. A.'s Kids Academy, without the owners' knowledge nor consent to do so. We firmly believe that Judge Larry A. Dunne of Elgin, TX will uphold the law and hold the defendant accountable for their actions. However, if the ruling does not reflect justice, we will need your support more than ever. We invite you to contribute, whether through small or large donations, as we strive to keep the spirit of Mrs. A.'s Kids Academy alive. As we navigate the legal process, we will keep you updated on our journey. Your prayers and support mean everything to us as we seek not only justice but also a fair evaluation of the legal system and those who uphold it.

Amy Christopher and Jeanne Webb-Dubb of Solid Ground Storage were both given ample opportunity to return all personal and business property to its rightful owner(s). I initially reached out to them in complete and utter distress, carefully explaining to their entire staff that our personal identifiable information, sentimental property, as well as business property—hard-earned over many years—were in the unit that they unlawfully sold, and politely requested the return of our belongings. A verbal request was followed by a demand letter, and ultimately a promise to pursuit legal action if the property was not returned. Yet, they continued to disregard their unlawful actions. Despite the legal requirement to notify us via certified mail before pursuing the sale, they chose to unlawfullly ignore this obligation and bypass due process. Not only did they dismiss my requests, but instead of apologizing they went on to violate the law once again by unlawfully threatening to send us to collections for a balance that is no longer owed. Solid Ground Storage LLC of Elgin, TX, is a repeat offender, and we have documentation to support this claim. Amy Christopher and Jeanne Webb-Dubb mistook Mrs. A. for an uninformed young Black woman, rather than recognizing her as the Legal Studies graduate and advocate that she is. Now, here we are, 405 years later, fighting against the oppressor once again for what rightfully belongs to us. We demand justice!
